In collaboration with CERA, we managed influencer activations for multiple store launches across Ahmedabad, Pune, and Jaipur. To execute this, we curated a strategic mix of city pages, architects, interior-focused creators, and lifestyle influencers across all three launch markets. Each city received its own customised launch content flow to ensure the communication felt locally relevant while still maintaining the premium identity of the brand. The campaign was designed not only for organic visibility but also to generate high-quality content assets that could later be amplified through paid campaigns.
The campaign generated an impressive cumulative reach of 14M+ across the launch markets, all within a ₹4 lakh investment. Beyond the numbers, the campaign delivered long-term value through a strong bank of premium launch content that the brand could continue using across future organic and paid marketing efforts.
The success of the campaign proved that localized influencer strategies outperform generic national campaigns when market relevance is the priority.
